Strain Gauge Sensors
The Taylor 7506 Digital scale uses 4 spun aluminum sensors to measure your weight. Not only do these add to the beauty of the scale design, they are one of best materials used for electrodes for accuracy. A special UV glue is used to attach the sensors to the glass platform locking the 2 materials together in a super strong bond.
Auto-On Technology
The 7506 proudly offers Taylor’s “Auto On” function. This means the scale is working the second you put your foot on the scale! No more pressing buttons or tapping on the platform and waiting for the scale to activate anymore. Make sure your scale is sitting on a flat, level surface. As soon as you step on the scale, the strain gauge mechanisms engage to calculate and display your weight measurement in seconds! The scale turns off automatically too.
Capacity
The scale is calibrated to handle a large weight capacity of 400 pound / 180 kilograms! The scale weighs in 0.2lb / 0.1kg increments so you get a more precise reading. Everyone in the family, from school age children to adults can use the scale to manage their weight.
Design
The 7506 Digital scale is made up of an 8mm thick tempered glass platform in a unique keystone shape. The chrome accented base compliments the spun aluminum sensors. Your weight measurement is shown in a 1.5” tall LCD with 1.2” tall digits. Your weight measurement is easily visible from every angle, even in dim light.
